Ember & Vine opened its doors in 2012 with a simple mission: celebrate the incredible produce from our region's farmers and artisans through the primal magic of wood-fire cooking.

Chef Maria Torres brings decades of experience from kitchens around the world, but her heart remains with the ingredients grown just miles from our door. Every plate is a collaboration between the land and the fire.
